Refund Policy

• Cancellations by Renter: 

• More than 14 days before the event: The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the rental fee, excluding the non-refundable deposit. 

• Less than 14 days before the event: The Renter will forfeit the entire rental fee and deposit. 

• No Show or Early Termination: If the Renter fails to show up for the event or terminates the event early for any reason, the full rental fee and deposit will be forfeited. 

• Cancellations by the Facility: 

• Force Majeure: If the Facility is unable to host the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, fire, flood, or any other event beyond the control of the Facility (force majeure), the Facility will notify the Renter as soon as possible. In this case, the Renter will receive a full refund of all rental fees paid, including the deposit. The Facility will not be held liable for any additional costs or damages incurred by the Renter due to the cancellation. 

• Facility Cancellation for Breach: If the Renter breaches any part of this Agreement or engages in conduct deemed harmful or unsafe, the Facility reserves the right to cancel the event at any time. In such cases, all fees paid, including the deposit, will be forfeited.
